- Stand in an upright position, stretch your limp penis outwards by holding it on the head.
- After 10 seconds in this position, tense your PC muscle (Kegel) for a further 5 seconds.
- Repeat this stretch and tense exercises in all other directions (left, right, up and down) before relaxing
