The sit down stretch is performed in conjunction with other lengthening exercises to help increase penis length in flaccid state. This stretch is usually known as the ‘lazy stretch’ and can be easily performed whilst sitting at a desk or on a firm chair.

  1. Slap the penis on the on the side of your leg until its about 30-40% erect
  2. Stand up a stretch the penis out in front of your body
  3. Pull the penis through your legs as far as possible
  4. Sit down on a firm chair holding the penis in place until your weight keeps it in place

Its as simple as that! The penis can be stretched for up to 5-10 minutes in this position before it needs a shake to restore the blood flow.
